Co-founder

Mr. Lavrov has been an entrepreneur since he was 16. He made his fortune in Internet-related projects, political public relations, several notable businesses in Latin America, as well as Karma World, a US based application development company. He also worked as an Apple distributor in the Latin American region and brings a strong understanding of global markets dynamics. Mr. Lavrov has a bachelor’s degree from Plekhanov Academy of Economics. .

Anton Zingarevich

Co-founder

Mr. Zingarevich has substantial experience in finance, operational management, and customer service. He was recently named VP of Strategic Planning at Ener1 Europe, a subsidiary of Ener1, a U.S.-based publicly traded company that produces automotive lithium-ion batteries. Mr. Zingarevich has a bachelor’s degree from Regents Business School in London, England. .

Dmitry Altukhov

Co-founder

Mr. Altukhov has over 15 years of Internet development and project management experience. In 1995, he became Russia’s first web designer and has been actively involved in a number of Internet ventures since. Mr. Altukhov has led a number of projects in the CIO and CEO roles in leading telecommunications and industrial companies. He holds both an MSc (Hons) from a leading college and an MBA from Kingston University in London, England.

Luciano Ibias

COO

An internet pioneer, Mr. Ibias was on the team that built ZAZ in 1995, one of the first nationwide ISPs, content portals in Brazil. He helped Telefónica of Spain establish operations in the US, with Terra US, in Miami in 1999. Mr. Ibias has worked in the Boston area (Lycos), Washington DC (The Map Network, sold to NAVTEQ for $37.5 million), and returned to Miami in 2007 to help Cyloop (music partner of MSN).

Ms. Espinal is an editor of Monte Carlo FM, a luxury lifestyle online magazine Lourdes has a degree from The Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship.

Carmen Leander

Marketing Director

Ms. Leander joins Zila Networks with 7 years of marketing experience and is particularly interested in social media, below the line marketing, grassroots movements and the effects that first adopters and influencers have on entire communities. Ms. Leander holds a degree in Psychology from James Madison University.
